View Full Version : any pics of mach 1 grill delete with out the pony on it?

iam thinking about getting a 3 peice mach 1 grill delete, i was woundering how it looked with out the horse, does anyone have any pics of it?

will it just be a clear opening to the radiator? with no part of where the pony attaches?

no that part will still be there. if you get the nice kit it comes with an cobra grill insert, the mach 1 black trim pice that attaches to your bumper and the horse. if you don't put the horse on then you'll still have the cloum in the middle of the grill.

Well, you don't have to install the mount for the horse/cobra, but the rest of the stuff will be there for the hood latch mechanism and whatnot. If you put a fresh coat of flat black on it, it may not be too noticable to the casual observer. The Mach 1 grill delete still looks better than any honeycomb or billet treatment IMO.

thanks alot guys i'll probly just keep the horse on there. so the middle collumn won't just be by its self.

I agree. The honeycomb grill was one of the worst ideas ever.

IMHO. The PONY deserves to be there. Tells everyone coming at ya, this is a MUSTANG

J's photochop looks pretty tough though.
