    Default Nationwide Ins.

Hey guys, long time! For the last 6 months I've been apprenticing at Devine Line Tattoo! A dream job for me, anyway, the end of Feb I was rear ended, her Ins was Ntwd and so was mine!(if this ever happens, don't sign anything and GET A LAWYER!) They were nice at first, but because I complained about their svc, they are trying to CANCEL ME! They say ANY performance addons are liable for cancelation, This includes Tune, Turbos, superchargers and Nitrous! Now I'm sure the the girl that hit me is being punished BUT I'm the injured party here. My options were misrepresented by the Ntwd adjuster and I was tricked into signing off on it. As soon as I complained I get a call from MY agent saying my car needs to be inspected because (ANY performance addons are liable for cancelation) THIS ISN'T RIGHT!!!

agree and disagree with ya there. Depends on if you were expecting them to pay for any add on that was destroyed in the accident, then yeah they would have to appraise it before hand.

kinda similar story i will share with ya. A close friend of mine was wanting me to write is business and i knew he had a stage 2 roush supercharged with a alot of nice stuff on it. Well some people might know but when you go to quote these vehicles there are just a a few types of mustangs on your normal quoting tool. for example 2004 you have
    GT coupe/vert
    v6 coupe/ vert
    cobra coupe/vert
    mach1

Any of your other models for exaple, roush, foose, saleen comes up just your normal gt.

So with my buddies car i told him to come by the office and let me take pictures of everything to be on the safe side so i can send to the underwriter. Yeah its extra work and it does cost a little more but wouldnt you rather be overinsured and than underinsured.

Since the accident was her fault, my whole point is if she were insured by allstate and I bitched about my treatment, MY insurance Co.(Nationwide) would not be trying to cancel me. If you're ins is the same as theirs, don't sign anything and get a lawyer!
