Yeah, the artist gave me some stuff, but he told me to keep it fairly dry for about a week to let it start heals then when the itch and that starts to start with the lotion
Dry from water yes, from ointment, no. Avoid exposure of the area to any water for longer than 5 to 10 minutes — that includes the shower or bath. For at least two weeks.
Keep it moist with ointment or lotion. I've always used lotion for sensative skin and it's worked awesome. If it gets dry, it will crack. When it cracks, the scab might fall off to early and it will lose some coloring.
So, keep it moist!

Exactly what Megan said keep it moist you don't want it to dry out at all. Also try and keep out of the direct Sunlight that can cause the colors to fade to. Oh And whatever you do Don't Scratch it, it will itch once it starts healing more, but ask anyone they will tell you don't scratch it!!!
The Tattoo looks Awesome!!!

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.' ----Harvey Mackay
POSSE MOTTO:
"life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body,
but rather, to slide in broadside, thouroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming 'wow, what a ride!!' "
good thing it is in an ackward spot that i cant really even skratch if i wanted too, I will put some of the stuff the artist gave me on tonight
