    Smile Charter Clubs?

    I'm looking to start a charter club in Delaware (gotstang?). Doesn't mean you need to be a Delaware resident, just up for meets and greets in Delaware (and the surrounding states) and LOTS OF ENTHUSIASM! No dues, just lots of fun and the will to show off them ponies! If interested, please pm or email me for more info. Thanks!
