Strut Brace w/ Supercharger?

I have to apologize first off, still used to things with only 4 spark plugs...

Might be buying a 96 Cobra, and there already is a 3-point strut brace, and was wondering if I put a roots style/KB blower on, is that brace still aplicable as far as fitment issues?
