Tweety's shot for April is probably my favorite in the calendar. The angle of the shot, position of the car, the turned front wheel just looks awesome. Hope you guys like the calendar.

I love it! Except for one thing... My little April girl has the wrong year on there... but that's ok, I still know it's her!

If someone was listed for the calendar but did not supply the quality images needed (1800x1200) they were substituted with extras that did.

I wasnt a substitute. You guys just accidently picked the wrong pic thats all and yes that picture was on my page, but it was labeled "my car's twin". Im not mad, just wish my car was on there. Like I said before, there's always next year.

Sorry, but we didn't have enoght time and enough large quality images.
honestly, it was surprising how many people couldn't give us a 1600x1200 image of their stang...

Next year we have enough time to get people signed up early and qualified with appropriate image(s). I would like to see a regular calendar like the one produced this year, and a second calendar which would showcase the top 12 cars on Gotstang...or something like that.

The... orginal interest of people expressing their undying desire to put there Mustang Love in a calendar was overwhelming. We could have done two or three calendars based on that.

However, when it actually came down to stepping up those people once expressing that love weren't willing put forth the effort to get the quality photos, (1600x1200) of their cars. That undying desire turned into enough hot air to start a heat wave in the antarctic. We barely enough cars to get this calendar completed and we were on a tight schedule to get it done.

If we did not have the sheets with six or more cars on them we would not have had enough images to do a regular calendar. The images used for those sheets were taken from their gotstang sites and some images were barely acceptable.

You can look at the calendar and figure that at least one car per page was not originally slated to be in this first calendar. They back up entries that asked to get in after all the slots were full. Luckily they sent the quality images along with their request and they made it on the calendar.

Time would be a second factor as we didn't even get started until the end of November I believe. Add in actually getting the car photos from all the owners, creating and designing the calendar layout, setting up the text desgn and of course photoshopping the cars from every photo, pasting, resizing, color correction, adding effects and so forth makes it a fairly time consuming project.

Hopefully for Nicole people will be ready with their part to get in the calendar, if she does one this tim, and more people will actually make the real effort to participate. Those that made the effort to get your cars on the 2006 calendar... "THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH".

The calendars came out very nice from what I am reading, and with the 2006 calendar out maybe more people will be forth coming with images of their car this time. .

Yes, looking forward to at least 2 calendars next year
With advanced planning, it'll be great. And, perhaps we could do advanced ordering...with enough orders perhaps we could get higher quality printing (larger with more freedom of secondary images in the calendar portion of the calendar)

Wow! I got my first peak of the actual printed out calendar last night. And, it looked good this morning too. It turned out very nice. March is colorful and came out surprisingly well with the 8 cars on the page. I thought November was probably the least favorite page for me. I still think maybe the best pose in the calendar was Tweety's car in April and 1Nasty96 looks good too.

Again. Thanks to everyone that put in the effort and sent in photos the right size and right quality.
