    Information:
I wanted to get this posted up to get interest going in this falls Drag Day!

Weather conditions couldn't be better this time of year for some great racing. This drag day will be limited to 80 cars. These drag days are a great alternative to the packed lines of a Wednesday night Test & Tune. Typically people get in upwards of 20+ runs at these sessions. If you've never been, you don't know what you're missing.

We're hoping that now people have had all year to complete their mods and fine tune their vehicles that the Late Model Mustang Club of Connecticut's first official drag day will have a strong showing at this event. Many cars have been down for quite some time and are looking to come out strong! There will be quite a few grudge matches going on at this event - if you have a grudge race that you're looking to settle, this is the place!

    Cost :

The cost for LMMC-CT 2007 Members is $80.00.
    Non-members cost is $90.00.
    Spectators are free.
Your admission fee includes the day of racing and a BBQ lunch.

    Vehicles :

This event shall be limited to 80 vehicles. All spots will be first come, first served and must be paid in full. No refunds shall be given unless both the initial date and the rain date are cancelled due to the weather. If you register and cannot make it, your spot may be sold to another individual however LMMC-CT *must* be notified. Failure to do so will prevent the person who purchases the spot from racing.

    Safety :

All cars should be able to pass a NHRA tech for the appropriate ET. If you are not familiar with the NHRA rules, they are available online with a Google search or at http://www.nhra.com . If your vehicle exceeds the ET for its safety equipment, you may be asked by a track official or LMMC-CT official to slow down. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your racing without refund.

    Food :

LMMC-CT will be having a BBQ at Drag Day. We will have a menu of cheeseburgers, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, soda and water. This will all be provided as part of your admission. Each person will receive tickets for their food and drink. Spectators wishing to join the BBQ are welcome to do so for a nominal fee of $10.00.

    Registration :

Registration shall be done ONLINE. To register, please visit http://www.lmmc-ct.com/dragday.htm

    Payment :

Payments should be made as follows :

PayPal - payments should be sent to pete@lmmc-ct.com with the subject DragDay Payment

If you've never ran you're car at the track it will be an experience you will not forget. So get the adrenaline flowing and get your car ready! We'll look forward to seeing you there! :specool:
