local car shows

can anyone help me with some hint on what i can do to place at a local car show. I know i wanna put ground effect kit, and my 3 jl audio 12's in but dont have the money right now,but does anyone have any sugg.? thanx

Clean it, clean it, then clean it again. I've seen spotless cars all stock place higher at shows then ones with thousands spent on mods.

He's right. CLEAN YOUR ASS OFF !! engine, body, interior,ALL of it. Make sur things like wires are run as out of the way as possible,clean,and in good shape. I'm not much into shows,so thats about all I can tell you. Good luck !!

91Gt is right, i got second to a car once with very little done to it but it was spotless and newer with better paint.
