    Default clutch or trans?

I just installed an new motor along with a new flywheel and clutch kit. Now I have this clicking sound coming from around the trans area. It goes away when I push the clutch pedel in. I took the clutch fork cover off to look inside the bell housing and everything looked ok but could be wrong. Any ideas?

+1 for the throw out bearing. Doesn't make sense as most clutch kits come with new ones.

That's what is throwing me off. The flywheel, and clutch kit are all new, even the mounting bolts and dowl pins are new.

I hope not the clutch is new. I know sometimes theres defective parts but it looked better than the one that came off of it.
