I really dont know what else to do. I'm about to go deep into the engine with new heads and a cam, but what else should I do? Any and all criticism/suggestions/comments are welcome. Also, which pic is your favorite and why.

are you going split port? maybey once you finish the h/c/i you can do some suspension upgrades
I already have some really well flowing intakes, so no split port for me.

dont swap to a stick, if you dont mind very firm shifts. get a tranny cooler, 2800 stall tq converter, transgo shift kit. this will take a couple tenths off the e.t. , but you will have very firm shifts all the timeOriginally Posted by mysteed
also with youre fuel upgrades you can easily get blown
Yeah, twins are in the future. Either that or an 04 cobra engine and T56 transmision.

if youre really serious about making youre car fast, then go with the slobra engine, the v6 engine has poyential but when you mod it heavily like twins then it will most likely not be great for a daily driver.
i want to make my stang fast but i have a six, so im not modding this one too much, im waiting till i get out of school, get my ase certifications, and get a 03/04 mach 1
lower it more. Go with coilovers
Matt
i agree with the drop, another thing i would sujest would be a diff seat, eather racing seats or re-doing what you got, just an idea.
Seats, eh? I'm thinking black or grey/black 2 tone...

Hey man do you have any suspension mods? If not have you thought about Kenny Brown? Id rather have Kenny Brown or Roush.
roush doesnt make their own suspension products...bilstein supplies them with everything.Originally Posted by 04redmach1

Roush gets custom valeved shocks and spec.-ed springs. If you go that route get the STG2 suspension over the STG3. THe STG2 is a bit stiffer. The Front sway bar is freaking hugh. Also look into getting a Pan Hard Bar in the rear.Originally Posted by thumpin347
Have you swapped the rear end to a 8.8 or 9" yet? Also look at the brakes before you go to an 8cyl. Espically if you blow her. Cobra/Bullitt/PBR/Baer(All same caliper) are great for a v6/gt app. Blown I am now looking Alcon or wilwoods.
My rule of thumb was make sure it can handle and stop the power before I got serious about making power. Blower was one of the last things to get installed...Brakes where what I was after first.
