The guy in the mustang is well known on turbomustangs.com. His car makes alot of power and is extremely fast. He knows the owner of the bike and the guy on the bike wasnt sandbaggin. There is a long post on tm.com about it and explains the situation pretty good.

i am still not convenced. it would take a 9 sec 1/4 time slip or a 1000hp dyno sheet. not tryin to be a dick. i just understand hp, weight, speed and quickness very well. i know a lil about drag and road racing bikes. i seirously dought the stang can beat the busa in a "real" race of any kind.

Trent has no reason to lie about the race. If you notice trent doesnt mention much about his car, but if I were to guess based on his mods and setup he probably would run low 10's at the track.

I guess most people would except that a video would say it all. I guess a better video would be from a stop, on a track. Still respectable IMO.

From a dead stop the mustang would have got killed. We are getting ready to setup some races local with some busa and other sports bike. They are going to get it on video so I will be sure to post. My car will be making in the neighborhood of 600rwhp and 3100lbs w/ driver. From what I have seen in a roll race, it takes a mustang 600-700rwhp to stay with a busa.
