Chris you were so damn close I almost gave it to you... You had the right make and model in one post, but no year. Then in another post you had the right year, but the wrong make and model!!
It is a 1968 Ford Falcon. There was an old guy that lived around here who loved doing this to cars. He would spend years molding them into something different. He died last year and a friend of ours bought this thing from the guy's wife after he died.
