    Default Good Wheels?

Hey, I saw these wheels on ebay, and I really like them. But they are so cheap I figured something must be up. Are these good wheels or are they cheap knock-offs.

I have bought two sets of wheels from the same guys and loved them both. They use Detroit Wheels replicas and they are nice trust me you wont be disappointed

I have 16x7" wheels on my car now, would 17x9" wheels stick out to far on my car? What changes it, backspacing?

Yep, the backspacing. They will be flush with your front fenders, they'll look good with 255/45 rubber up front and 275/40 rubber out back. You'd still need wheel spacers to get the rear ones to come out near the edge of the fender though.

That was the tire size I was thinking. I am going to get this installed at a local car shop. Would they be able to get the wheel spacings or will I have to buy them and bring them with the wheels?

Also, what is a good reliable tire brand?

Khumos are surprisingly decent tires for so little green. I was partial to Comp TA's before they were dropped.

Don't sweat any spacers. The wheels will bolt right on and look fine. You can cruise ebay for some 1" wheel spacers later on if you decide that is the route to go. You may like the look of the wheels just as they are. I'd wait till you see them before deciding.

I'll try them out, and then tweak them from there. How much does it normally cost to get tires put on the rims and then have the wheels installed on my car? like $200?

Usually about $30 a tire, if you buy the tires from the same joint you may get a deeper discount.

Some people said these wheels will rub, and they said something about a "Bump Steer kit"
