My name is Eric and I am from Arkansas. I have a 90 Coupe with a 12 to 1 351W bored with ported Elderbrock Performer heads, Victor Jr., Tremec 3550, 10pt cage and a 9 inch. Can anyone predict what kind of times I can expect to run in the 1/4 mile with a set of 4.10 gears, 28X10.5 E/T street and how much horsepower I should expect.

Welcome, but without knowing the cam specs and other variables with the car, no one can tell you how much hp or how fast it will be. Best thing to do is put it on a dyno and then take it to a track. Each car acts differently and drivers can also make a difference. Be patient, but do everything right.
