4.0 Performance?

Anyone heard anything about a blower or turbo setup for the 2005 4.0's?

If they do they aren't advertising it. I've checked their site and all they have for the 05's is a kit for the GT. I'm sure somebody is at least researcheing a kit, but I would like to find out some definante info if I could

Procharger and Vortec are having a hard time getting the GT blower 50 state legal so they r putting most of their effort into that and not twords r V6s

Look into Procharger they make a kit for the 4.0's.

Jut looked and I din't see anything on thier site. The have a GT set up and a 94-04 V6 setup, but no 05 V6 setup. Oh well I guess I'll just have to wait.

I saw an 05 V6 with either a procharger or vortech kit at WFC in St Louis. It was actually being sold at a car dealership that way!

You know the V6 actually has forged pistons and rods too...... Why they can't do that in the GT I don't know.

Anybody make a good performance chip for the 05 4.0 liter? If they do how much does it increase the HP?

I'm sure SCT already has a chip out there or is already working on one. Ona stock 6er HP and TQ work increase very much, but it will improve gas milage and you can change so many variables there are limitless possibilities.
