Was just playin it for about 30 minutes... Im not to into playin against AI.. but it seemed kinda fun... what do you think?

Half Life 2 is awesome. Best FPS evar! I beat it a few days ago on normal mode. The ending is a cliff hanger that implies a HL3. It'll be interesting to see what kind of job G-Man will give you in HL3.

Now I've been replaying some of the levels with cheats and the super gravity gun from the last level to sling people around. The graphics, character animations, physics engine are all excellent . I run it 1600x1200 4x FSAA, 8x AF, max detail on everything and it runs smooth as silk.

Specs are, 3.06 gHz, 1024 ram, ATi Radeon 9800 Pro 256mb (overclocked to 426 mHz core/352 mHz memory).

Oh yea and HL2 > Halo 2.

CS: Source is sweet as well, can't wait for DoD: Source.

I think you're where I was stuck for a while, the bottom of a well with a big pipe that you're supposed to get up into but it's too high for you to reach?

There's something you have to turn that's in the other room with water at the bottom, a crate, a bunch of piping. Go back up the ladder and get up ontop of the walkway and then drop down into this room using the pipes and you should see a red wheel about halfway down on your right, attatched to a vertically running pipe, turn that and it will raise the water level so that you can just swim through the pipe.

Yeah i finally got up on the pipe, turned the wheel and let the water in... im on the airboat part now.... geezus missle and machinegun fire everywhere

Ah, I've been playing HL2 lately, damn addicting thing; also studying a good bit.

I haven't played CS for very long, I'm decent at it but I prefer DoD over CS just because of its more immersive/action packed environment. The sound effects and all are much better I think.

We should make a GotStang CS clan, hah.

Gotta love HL2. Play it all the time. Have been in a lot of clans with the first one (I know nerd.) Nothing with the 2nd one yet though. Been playing a lot of World of Warcraft.
