    Default Definition of lazyness...

If I call Jessica from upstairs on my cell phone to downstairs on the house phone and tell her to bring me up some pop... is that lazy? Or just using technology.

    discuss.

I used that same trick on my dad when I couldn't walk. I was hungry and didn't want to spend half an hour getting into a wheelchair.

I call this method "effort displacement"... J could get the pop himself, they could meet half-way, or Jess could just bring it over. Either one of these 3 options would render the same results. The key to great management is knowing which option to use at any given time.

As I look at it. After 23 years in the Air Force, you use your brain, to achieve the ultimate results.

    Think smarter and not harder.
