    check your security settings on your browser. If you're using IE, add http://*.gotstang.com to your Trusted Sites zone. Make sure that zone's security settings aren't high. Things that might be "disabled", change them to "prompt".

    Clear your files (cache), cookies, and try again. I would close IE completely and reopen after clearing caches before proceeding. There's a memory-resident cache that does not clear until you close all active IE sessions.

    Does it matter if i am useing ie or msn.. Msn is my main page and thats all i use..

    IE = Internetl Explorer

    MSN is the default home page. If you're referring to the MSN interface (MSN accounts), that is just a shell over IE. The above procedure applies to all recent versions of IE.

    Let me know if you need help finding the options.

    In Summary:

    1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".
    2. Go to the "Security" tab.
    3. Select the "Trusted Sites" icon, then click the "Sites..." button.
    4. Uncheck the box that says "Require server verification..." (might already be unchecked.
    5. Type "http://*.gotstang.com" in the field and click "Add".
    6. "OK" your way outta there and you should be set.
