    Default Lowering Springs - 2001 V6 Coupe

Does anyone know if DROPZONE springs are any good? Clickcar.com has them for $109.99 a set. Claims to drop a stang 2-2.5 inches. The sales blah-blah reads - DROPZONE are true performance lowering springs, not just a shorter stock spring. They are designed the way performance springs should be, with the correct spring rate and ride height for each specific application. DROPZONE springs provide aggressive drivers with substantially stiffer spring rates and some of the lowest fitments available for street cars. DROPZONE springs lower vehicles 2.0" - 2.5", according to vehicle specifications, providing race car looks with handling to match. All DROPZONE kits are made with the same quality material and design standards used with our lowering sport springs kits. DROPZONE lowering springs are designed to be used with aftermarket sport shock absorbers. Minor modifications or camber kits may be required. All DROPZONE springs carry a ISO 9001 standardization and are TUV approved. Lowering Springs fit 1979 1980 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 Ford Mustang

I'm worried about getting what you paid for the product. Any advice / feedback would be welcome!

Because of my side pipes I could not go much lower. The dang things drag when I hit a dip in the road at speeds above 50 mph before the Roush springs.

you are going to need camber plates and 2x ball joints (steeda)to do it right.i even had to go with 1993 fox body struts with the1.5" 2" drop. they are a little shorter,

The Roush springs only lower the rear 3/4" and just shy of 1/2" in the front.
