does any one know of any companies that sale tinted taillights for sn-95 mustangs?

Nope, I looked everywhere for them when I had my '96.

i remember seeing them once, but at the time i wasnt looking for anything specific just kinda looking around, i dont remember what site it was though.

You could use something like VHTnightshades to tint them yourself.

i didnt even know they had things like that, i might try it out, all the site say its not street legal though.
