you just push the little retainer forward out of the arm, then it just slips out of the top.

it's easier to take out the whole assembly. It's just two bolts to remove the whole arm. once it's out you just press out the pin. I used my vice to help get it out but a screwdriver and a hammer...

could also be something wrong with your alignment, or powerstearing system.

on my dads truck they stearing rack is only getting preasure to one side, so his pulls hard to one side.
