What lower intake are you using?
Aussie Boss 290 lower with a custom sheetmetal upper.
The upper and other items required are all on CAD,
and can be duplicated.
I am trying to find a distributor for an installation "kit",
which will easily allow a bolt-in 5.4 32V into 96-04 Mustang.

Lower intake, upper intake and fly by wire intake setup available.
It's expensive at 2500 plus shipping,, but oh so cool.

Thanks, due to a new job, I rarely have time to go online.
Car is painted, a Boss 330 built 5.4 under the hood,
and the car has been dynoed. (2 days ago)
It put 402/398 to the wheels NA.
The motor has less than 00 miles on it, so it will loosen up after a bit
and likely put down a few more.
The torque is unbelieveable.
It pulls all the way from tip-in to redline (6800-7k)
