Not good!! I hope your doing better. Take it easy. dont try to do anything, make J do it....LOL. seriously though, slow down, dont even breathe heavy, just take the time and rest like the Doc said to.

I'm not a doctore but i did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.
Take it easy. Let J do it all. If not then cut him off when you are feeling better and tell him he did not help you when you needed it so you are not going to help him when he needs it. <Watch this get deleted> LOL
