What does everyone do for a living??

I work as an Admin. Asst. for an oilfield company, the service side, and am working my way in to sales while obtaining my Mechanical Engineering degree.

Still a student. I went to purdue for a year and a half and realized that i wasn't interested in what i was doing. Now I go to Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis. My course of study is High performance automotive. I realized that i just wanna work on cars.

As for my current job, I will be working at UPS.

I work for Verizon installing and servicing Nortel Phone systems and Voice over IP applications. Easy and Fun, But more than not I explain to someone why they dont get dial tone. (Usually user error)

After hours I help to empty out my local package store of Jack Daniels :beerchug: cant help it I'm irish.

I am a "site engineer". I work for Pomeroy Select Integration Solutions, contracted to Procter & Gamble doing IT support.

I work in the office of my hunny's Body Shop, Collision Specialties here in Indian Trail, NC

Im a forestry assistant at a local lumber company...

I:
mark trees to get cut
measure trees
run SMZ lines
GPS timber zones
cruise timber
watch people cut down trees

and my favorite

locate and destroy beaver dams with dynamite

:nya: ME I was in the top 10 in my class at UTI yes the school sucks ass you dont have 2 tell me so i went to work 4 Bently then Porshe you name i worked on it and driven for the most part but that didn't hold my intrest or pay well so I went to work 4 midwest wich you can see some of the stanges i help billd on page 2 of my site and now im starting my own speed shop

hmmm after 20 yrs in the restaurant buisness I am now a Retail manager for the largest privately held convience store chain in the US. that and I build pc's in my spare time.....

I work for Ford Motor Co. at Cleveland Engine Plants (Home of the now extinct 5.0)... we now build engines for the Taurus, Escape, Freestyle, Five Hundred, Mazda Tribute, Mazda 6, Mazda MPV, Lincoln LS-6, Jaguar X-Type,and the Jag S-Type 3.0.. I'm a graphics printer for Pratt Industries in Greenville,SC. Iset-up & operate a 4 color WARD rotary die cutter. Been doing this shit for 16 yrs now.

I'm a system administrator for a fairly large data processing company in the airline industry. we admin and service over 200 open systems, with Linux, Solaris 8,9, Windows servers, and 7 Unisys main frames.

This is only my 2nd job in that last 25 years.

I'm currently a parts mgr for a Terex dealer in s.mid-Michigan.
I started in the parts business the day after I graduated H.S.
I've worked in dealerships for

Terex...as well as a couple of automotive parts stores..

I guess that's where I'll die.....but the most insane thing
about this is....I can remember part numbers for alot of this
stuff....but sometimes I can't remember my own telephone number :lol:
