So If I bought an Optima battery at Pepboys it's rice, but if I buy it from somewhere else it's not. :confused:Quote:

So rice is only defined by things bought at pepboys. Ok, so if I got a 4 foot aluminium wing from wings west(not available at pep boys) it is not rice?Quote:

I knew that your wern't attacking my car. You don't think that my car is rice, but someone else may. Who is wrong? both are describing the same thing.Quote:

rice is when people buy cheap shit thinking there car will look and perform better, when in fact it doesent, for example apc the apperance mods look ugly and their mufflers sound like ass

Well, I have to ask then, what do you think of my front bumper? If I have that then I must thing my car is fast right. Because If I have APC stuff I'm rice, and those who are rice think that their car will perform better.Quote:

I have actually seen something like this, where it defines the term rice, pertaining to vehicles. I'm sure your buddy, Joe Friday, would be more than happy to look it up.
Well before anybody defines rice as racing stripes and neons, they should take a trip into the past to see where such modifications started.... ON MUCSLE CARS.Quote:

I love the old Barris Customs.
I'm still more of a die hard gear head. I love the old fuel altered's with their straight axles, and nasty burnouts.
So why then are some of the same things on those old hotrods on new imported cars concidered rice?Quote:

The worst I have seen.......this guy had put towel holder rings on the front of his Honda. Big chrome ones, prolly 8 inches in diameter.......I guess they were supposed to be hood pin rings. He was also about halfway done with a body kit. It was just wrong.
