Yeah, they arent currently.

Topless...If I read what J said correctly, the face-offs don't go toward your car rank. The face-off points go towards the "top member" rank.

Why not base the top 20 car rankings on the average ranking your car receives from other gotstangers instead of the total number of car rank points? Of course, there will need to be a minimum number of votes (50?) to make sure that someone with 1 vote for 10 points isn't ranked #1 on the site. This gives newer members a chance to have the top ranked car without having to get 300 people to rank their car first. All thingsbeing equal, this should still see that the best cars get to the top of the rankings.
