Should there be a better classification for the cars? Vote yes or no
definately yes!
I agree, it needs a change for the better!!
I already gave a write-up that was more cut and dry about two weeks ago. You know my vote.
this is complicated. i vote yes.
Yes it could be better.
Perhaps a checklist published so classifiers and owners both could see it.
yep.
most definately!!!!!`
I think there is some definite room for improvement. Maybe 3-4 members should be appointed to get together and come up with an improved method, then J could review it and give his decision.
Make a system that takes into account WORK DONE TO THE CAR.. not current mods... it will be impossible.
Make sure the classifier is not the user who wants to be classified.
Good luck.
I would go back to Tim's blog...and all the suggestions/comments etc
...it all comes down to...there isn't much that can be done to make it better,
all the great solutions will still be flawd, have disagreements...and the more importan factor yet = CLASSIFICATIONS BECOME OUTDATED overtime
I have to disagree with there isn't much that can be done to make it better. The 1st thing that would be an improvement would be to have all the classifiers on the same page, and you make a great point with Classifications become outdated over time. The reason they become outdated is because people update there Mustang and don't want to be reclassed or were classed when they didn't have their site fully updated. I don't think you'll find any sytem that will take in account the work done to the car. This would be impossible because some people do it themselves and others have someone do the work for them.
I agree to get all the classifers on the same page.. but that whole point chart thing was a good idea, but not practicle.
