Does anyone do frame work in the chi area?

im not sellin my car like i been told!! i bought it for $150 so id rather invest a lil money into it.. well it has sum front end damage, it needs a new hood, bumper cover, ds fender, and the frame on the ds is pushed in a bit.

the lowest i got it estimated was $900!! can anyone give me a better price, if i pick up the parts i need and you just pull out the frame n put them on. welll let me know, i got a 83 mustang and will drive it for an estimate around the midway area.
