Hit and Run! Why me?

Some guy in a red Explorer backed into my car at Hooters on Tuesday, and it sucks because he ran off. It's a good thing I have good connections with the Hooters (my girlfriends works there too). The Hostess ran over to tell me right when it happened and they tried to get the licence plate numbers and found out his name. My girlfriend got the surveillance tape today and I will hopefully be able to prove who it was and get all the info off of it I need to press charges and get my bumper fixed. The bumper isn't that bad though, just needs paint work. BUT I have to be back at college in three weeks, clock is ticking.
