So what were you looking for in mufflers? Best sound? Baddest sound? Louder the better for me. . .but I couldn't find any I liked. I finally settled on Spin Tech's pro-street. . .good choice for me. But. . .still want louder.

How about you?

I fell into the Flowmaster crowd, I have hedman headers, then right under the tranny are the mufflers, then pipes with 45degree angles with 3 1/2" tips, its plenty loud and has a good rumble to it. oh yeah 2 1/2" pipes is what I am using.

Anyone want to buy my Flow 40's? Just wasn't loud enough. But they are very popular.

Bassani race mufflers, loud enough that you could hardly classify as a muffler.

I flow with the two-chamber Flowmasters. They does a fox body good in a big way. My stock 5.0 kicks with them. H-Pipe and a solid piece of dual exhaust all the way back.

I like my Magnaflows with UPR x's b/c of the mellow, deep sound. The exhaust gets compliments, which was kind of surprising at first. I was told people could hear the car from the next block, but didn't believe it until I stood outside & listened to someone else drive, then I was like, "dayam!" All that Dynamat insulation muffles the effect from the driver's seat.

I love the custom Bassani exhaust x-pipe, mandral bent piping and 4" exhaust tips that I have on my stang.
