Hello to all. I want to lower my 99 vert GT which may seem to be no big deal to most but I have to be difficult. I only want to lower it .5 to .75 inches MAX. The closest kit I could find for a vert is 1.5 inches. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. God Bless!

P.S. I am going to post in a of different areas.

coilovers, a bit more expensive than springs but would do what you want.

yes, adjustable coilovers. this is where the spring is over strut....and the ride height is adjustable. but you may encounter alot of noise from them is driven on the street alot.

I have the eibach prokit lowering springs in my 99 vert, and i went down about 1.25 all the way around.....any less then that and its not lowering.
why would you want to bother with .75 anyway??? thats nothing.

Where I live, entering one road off of another there is a BIG dip and I don't want to bottom out. Also I have .5 inch larger tire\rim combo vs. stock and I don't want the car to rub on the tires.

Hello From SargsStangs, You might be able to lower your tang with the kit, And then use a spring rubber to bring it to the right level you want, Just a thought for you. Other wise youll have to cut the coils down to get your height, Old race cars used to do this. Good luck friend.

Really look into spring rates, This will help with Bottoming out on your bumps. Good luck, SargsStangs
