how do you make your photo size smaller all of mine are to large

right click on the picture after you selected into the area of your site.

Right click on photo
Select "Image Properties"
In the Width & Height you can select the pixel size for you website.

Always make sure the picture size is larger than what you want or the same size as the actual photo. If not the picture could be blurry if you make it larger than the actual photo.
