Deleteing guess book mesages

Lately when I go to delete mesages inmy gues book I go to the check all button it only selects a few of them and the delete button doesnt work Anyone else have this problem

I am having this problem for the second time in a week. J checked once, it worked for him and then mine started working. As of this afternoon it's not working again.
