Avatar and greeting pic

On my Gs website Greeting and user avatar I cant get any jpg photos to work all I get is File Attack ??? Why am I getting this ? I tried resizing it aswell with no luck I can get a avatar to work on my forum profile But not in my website greeting or user profile

There are some glitches with the server right now. You are not the only person with these problems and others. I cannot delete anything from the guest book. The delete button doesn't work.
