I was on the way home yesterday and was about to turn in when the car died. I thought it was the fuel pump because I didn't hear it prime up. I looked at the inertia switch and that wasn't it. I replace the fuel pump today and nothting. I put the car in the on position I get a click and that's it. I was thinking no that I should look at the fuel pump relay or a link. I did see one that looks a little questionable. Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay is located? Any other idea's would be helpful too.

There should be one right under the drivers seat. It might be under the crapet though. I should not be but check there.

your right. I went to ford and bought the interia switch and the fuel pump relay and only used the relay. It was the relay that was fried. Thanks for the help.

Would that cause the car to die going from drive into reverse? Sometimes when I back out of somewhere slide the car into drive it will die. Starts right back up though and only does it once in a while right now. suggestions?

Try running a diagnostic test on the computer.

I have heard that a jacked up nuetral safety switch can cause that. If it does it and wont start I would try that.
