Got a telegram from the North Pole yesterday that Santa's thinking about bringing my pony some shiny new hooves. :) I told him I wanted lightweight 17" chrome wheels like Weld Pro Stars, Centerlines or Bogarts, which he said were kind of expensive. Plus some don't come in 17". I love the look of '03 Cobra wheels, but worry they might be as heavy as my current stock wheels. Anyone know of alternatives that look like this, but cost and weigh less?

Well after 2 days of browsing the 'net, I found FRPP 17 x 8 1999 chrome Cobra wheels with 5 lugs and 4.50 inch bolt pattern, supposedly fit the '99-04 Mustang. Couldn't go with the 17 x 9 '03 Cobra wheels due to tires being 245/45 ZR17 - too skinny. They weigh 22 lbs which might or might not be less than stock GT wheels but at least they'd look a whole lot better! Now all I need are more valves per cylinder, hehe; until then it's still a "Nobra."
