Okay my question is... What makes a car a classic? Is it 25 years, 20 years and what else?

In colorado it's 25 years to get the classic plates

In Va you can get antique plates at 20, but the general rule I've always heard was 20 for classic and 25 for antique.

Same here YS... Have to check with the DMV. My 87 will be 20 in 2007.
