Hi this is my first time here so im trying to get use to this. Ok i am getting a stage 2 intercooled supercharger. My question is where will the intercooler be located in the engine compartment or behind the front bumper. And how much power you think i can get out of this kit? i have cat back flowmaster. Everything else is stock :( Thanks for your help and advice

Depends on what style intercooler. Air to Air or Water to air.

Is your bottom end stock or forged? If forged no problem but if not forged ,I won't go over 450hp. But I'm not sure what your block is rated at.lol

Myself I have the Vortech supercharger with after cooler ( air to water ) right now my engine is stock ,but I plan on forgeing the bottom end in late 2007, so my car will be tuned at no more than 453hp. 2005 Mustang GT

Then I think I would ask around and see what would be a safe tune in HP for your year model. I wouldn't want to chance it by going to high and wind up blowing a motor. Someone on GS should be able to help in knowing what would be a safe tune. lol

yea thats true. i have read a lot of different forums and they all where the same u can run a stock motor with supercharger at 10 psi and be ok. but they didn't say that anything would go wrong. so yea im go make another well ima go make a another thread about that. Thanks for your help everyone. oh and what gear would be better ? 3.73 or 4.10 im thinking 3.73 but need to know from smarter people thanks
