ahhh, the feeling of new stuff for the stang :)

yeah, I got the same valve covers; but come to find out they were for carb/non-efi 5.0's so the clearance with particularly the throttle bracket wasn't great. We somehow got it to work...but it's not eactly right; so who knows if it's really ok or if the tv cable has any risks with a manually bent bracket.

I'm not sure; but I guess they have the same ones with the efi clearance?

These valve covers are for the EFI engine. I noticed yours were different when I was checking out your site the other day when I ordered mine.

My engine compartment looks like crap... Getting all the leaks fixed when the valve covers and manifold are installed. Then it's down to the car wash for some engine degreaser, soaking and cleaning.

That answered my question -- can you powdercoat your intake. Look out! Black Chrome will be on Memnoch!

Congrats on the goodies!

Thanks everyone. Sucks having to be wait to get things done in the right order. Pix when I get things done. Also having to find and fix a damn vibration in the steering too. Not that much fun to drive right now. Pooh!
