it is hard to see the yellow writing on the white background other than that it looks great.

I agree with Guardian. If you're going to do lite colored text then the background needs to be much darker. It's like those ugly My space pages where you can read anything because the backgrounds are so busy and the text so lite. Gotta be careful with mixing the two together.

Ok, I have to ask. How did you get the background pic to show up the size of the entire page?? I couldnt get mine to do that-I am guessing it's the size of the pic at it's location where ever it's hosted? The other half was getting annoyed at me for spending too much time playing around with it so I gave up on it and just added a pic or two and reorganized a bit and quit for the night.

I used a high-res (1152x864) version of the image. To help with the yellow text on white background problem, I've cropped the original image down to 1024x768 - eliminating the top portion of the image and better centering the text on the vehicle.
Let me know how it looks.

I had been using my shitty work computer all this time because the internet at my house had crapped out. Now that I'm looking at it in 1280x1024 at home, I can easily see that this picture doesn't work either.

So, I went back into paint, stretched the image out to 1600x1200 and filled in the right side and bottom in black so it would look decent at any resolution.
