Deck Lid Mat

I ordered a deck lid mat from rsdcustoms.com in mid february. I was told somthing like 6-8 weeks and it would be in my hands ready to install. Well that time span passed and nothing. So i called and never got a call back. Another 2 weeks or so i get an e-mail saying another 4-6 weeks. I finally got it about 2 months after the origional date. I go and open the package and it looks cool, but there seems to be somthing missing... Oh, the installation hardware is absent! Again I call, no answer, So i leave a message saying to have someone call me ASAP! Never got that return call. That night i sent an email to them telling them of the hardware absense. About a week later i get a message saying that it wouldn't be a problem. It was a holiday weekend and supposiably UPS had come and gone for the day already, so they said they would send it out the following monday morning. Then the standard 1 week shipping time + time to go through customs (Since coming from Canada.) So i gave them a week and a half, and still nothing. Called back and nothing, numerous emails have been sent and left un-answered. So my deck lid mat sits in my room awaiting proper hardware to install the dam thing. I have tried contacting other company's asking there help, but no sucess yet. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND purchising anything from rsdcustoms.com On to my question...I need suggestions from people on how to install the deck lid mat, and whare-what hardware do i need to get it on?
