I am sure that anyone owning a GT around chicago has long since garaged it, but those californians are most likely driving theirs

I don't remember what is was...something about 03 Production stopping or some other crap that was totally unfounded.

better a re-call then a new pinto, i know it sucks Ford needs to re-call but at least they are fixing the problem then instead of findingout theres a prob when its to late and someone dies.

Very true indeed...We've got 2 GT's that are supposed to be delivered to us and they've been delayed until the recalls are preformed at the plant where there made. The wait continues.....

I thought this thread was about the 2005 Mustang GT... This is a Mustang forum, so saying "2005 GT recall" is a little misleading... :)

But that's pretty bad news either way... I hope it doesn't affect the reputation of the vehicle... Such a great car!

Yeah, but the vehicle itself is called the Fod GT.

I know that, just saying it made the impression he was talking about the Mustang GT...

No biggie, just I usually try to differentiate as much as possible when cars share similar names...specially when in a forum that's specific to one or the other. :)
