Ranking

I've been ranking people, but when I go to "People who I haven't ranked" after ranking about 50 people, it still shows the same people that I just finished ranking. Does anyone know what's going on??

Some people have multiple sites, one for each stang. If you only rank one of their sites, they will still show as not ranked. This has gotten me a few times..
