Most of the details have been worked out and our lunch location will have a nice big parking lot for us to enjoy. We will hopefully have just as good of a turnout as we did for the Santa Barbara cruise we had last August.
The cruise will be fairly straight forward, as we will be cruising from The Malibu Colony Plaza (23841 Malibu Rd. in the City of Malibu located at the northwest corner of PCH & Webb Way, about a quarter mile south of Pepperdine) to the lunch spot directly. From the Meeting Location we will be traveling south on the PCH to the Santa Monica (10) Freeway. We will take that freeway east through Downtown Los Angeles where we will take the 5 North to the 134 east, which will turn into the 210 east. We will exit on Rosemead Blvd. South and take it for approximately 4-5 lights until we reach Clearman’s Galley (also known as “the Boat”) located at 8976 Huntington Dr. (southwest corner of Rosemead Blvd. & Huntington Dr.) in the city of San Gabriel. This is our first time heading out to a non franchised restaurant, so hopefully everyone enjoys it.
Time Line
8:30am – 9:15am: Meeting Location - 23841 Malibu Rd., Malibu, Ca 90265
Parking area in front of Ralph’s & Sav-Ons
9:15am – 9:45am: Begin cruise to Lunch Location (see above for route details)
10:45am – 11:15am: Lunch Location – 8976 Huntington Dr., San Gabriel, Ca 91775
Clearman’s Galley (“the Boat”)
Once again, we will do our best to provide printed directions for everybody, so nobody gets lost. These will be available closer to the cruise date. We do ask that you print out the ones that we post up here on this thread at a later time. We will have plain text only directions to hand out the day of the cruise.
This cruise as well as anything that The Stable Productions is associated with is open to all muscle car/high performance enthusiasts out there. Automotive fans of all years are welcome to come, so bring out your Ford, Chrysler, GM and high performance/exotic import buddies out for a day of fun. We would also like to inform everyone that comes out to this cruise, as well as any of our cruises, to drive responsibly. Everyone that is driving in our cruises must realize that they are responsible for their own actions.
Everyone mark down April 22nd on your calendars.
