Check this out!!!, Ebay scam

Someone is using pictures of my subwoofers to sell on Ebay. They did not ask if they could use my pictures, nor are they selling subwoofer boxes that are pictured. They give no credit to where the pictures came from or even say that they did not make what is pictured. I did. I reported him to Ebay, and I printed out some leagal forms to fax in. By law he has stolen my "Intelectual Propery" and it is punishable. Ebay can remove the listing, and terminate his acount. I sent him a message and I would love to see if he responds.

By reporting him you get eBay involved to remove his listing and that in turn saves someone from getting an item that wasn't reprsented correctly. I'm glad you did report them.

I guess I scared the guy bad enough. I sent him a message through Ebay that night and the auction was ended by the time I woke up the next morning. He never said anything back to me though.
