what are the specs on the tire....brand as well as 275/?/17 or 18

reason I ask is Im looking for an all around year high perf tire and am looking at 275/35/18 on the back and 265/35/18 for the fronts.....I was looking at some Pirelli's but am not sure on what I should go with

They are BFGoodrich Gforce Sport 245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear
