Lady in a Jetta ran a stop sign this morning. Have an appointment tomorrow for the estimate. Repairs have already been approved by insurance, and I get a rental when it goes into the shop.

there is a Show on mercer Island I believe on April 8th, its a Saturday...my car club and I are going to meet up in Lynnwood and then cruise down south to pick up another group of guys, should have about 20 stangs on a cruise to the show, let me know if you are interested bro

I would like to go, but the car may or may not be fixed by then. Ths shop I'm using is very busy and booked up pretty good. If it's fixed, and I have all my other goodies I want done to it by then, then I may go.

Well, here's an update. The shop will only repair the damage down by the accident. Meaning only half the bumper will be repainted. Estimate of $484.43. And they have it listed as me paying for the work. The insurance company can't get a hold of the woman that hit me and get her statement. So until they do, it's against my policy. We have the same insurance, just through different agents. Kinda ticking me off, and pushing my blood pressure up. But I did find a place that will paint, and ship me an 03/04 Cobra OEM Ford bumper for $524. So I may just get them to cut me the check for the estimate, and then I'll pay the difference to upgrade.

I am having the insurance cut me a check. They got a hold of the woman who hit me, and she admitted fault. As soon as I get the money, and get paid next week I'll be ordering a 03/04 Cobra bumper. All I need to order is a fog light kit to go with it. If anyone knows who carries them, let me know.

Im honestly not sure of the location but I believe its out on mercer Island possibly....we are meeting in Lynnwood then cruising south I believe to pick up another group of stangs, I will find out more details on Friday when I meet with my car club....I KNOW for sure the date is SAT April 8th though jim, let me know if you want some more info and I should be able to give it to you on Friday/Saturday :thumpupn:

So, here's an update on the bumper ordeal. Got a check for $526 fron the insurance, my new Cobra bumper is $524 shipped, painted, and clear coated. Should be about 2 weeks or so till I have it. Kyle, you wanna help me out putting this thing on? Seems like you have some experience doing this kinda stuff.
