I want SVT with Lightning and dark clouds if possible I think that would be sweet and if you have time and feel like playing around one that says Lightning would be awesome too.

You can do this with PhotoImpact, but Wendy could be using something else.

i am using plugins for Corel Paint Shop Pro X and animating them in PhotoImpact GIF Animator...

That's perfect thanks so much. Awesome work. If you want to do one more could you do the same thing except instead of using the SVT use my truck? Wow I'm being greedy but it's such a cool effect.
