Just got my 18 x10 deep dish Bullitts for the rear, and 18 x 9 for the front, question is, with 285 35 on the deep dishes, and 265 35 on the front, i will be running 1.5 mph diffrerence between front and rear, is this a problem??? im thinking of the gearing and any other issues it might cause.

Why will there be a difference in MPH between the front and back if the overall diameter of the wheel/tire are the same front and back? I Don't think there is anything to worry about. But if you mean a difference between stock overall diameter of like a 17" rim/tire combo and your new 18" rim/tire combo then there might be a little difference but still nothing to worry about other than the Speedo being a little off.

Going with 18" rims and a 35 series sidewall, it almost puts your speedometer @ 100% accuracy at 70mph. My speedo is off by 3mph @ 70 because I got 40 series sidewall. Hope this helps some. Also, i've had no problems with drivability, just people gazing at my car.

DID YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WHEN YOU LOWERED YOUR CAR? HOW LOW CAN YOU GO BEFORE YOU WOULD HAVE TO THINK ABOYT CAMBER AND CASTER PLATES, AND BUSHES? WHAT SPRINGS WOULD YOU RECOMEND? :beerchug:

I've heard two inches is the max you can go without new CC plates. But that would be better answered by Jason.

I have 17" wheels on my car now, I used to have the 16", I was driving down the road doing 35mph on my speedo, and I passed one of those police radar things and it said I was doing 34mph. No big deal for me, its 1 mph, and I am gonna reflash my computer with a tuner anyway.

I used the Steeda sport springs, it dropped my car about 1"- 1 1/4". I also used the prothane isolators front and rear and yes I had to get caster camber plates because they told me they would have to re-drill my shock towers to get everything to line up. I like the ride my car has, not too rough. Some people say they would like to see it with a 2" drop, but I can't go that low with all the construction around where I live. Anyways, it should drop it a little more when I complete all of the Steeda stages for there G-Trac suspension. Hope this helps!
