stripes or not??

i am contemplating (sp?) getting saleen side stipes for the car. if anyone has half a brain you can tell my car is NOT a saleen. i've got a buddy, who has a VERY good eye for tasteful cars. and . . . .

my question is i want to get teh side stripes and think that it will complete the car. however he saw a mustang that looked exactly like mine, but had the stripes, and said it looked like shit. i would like everyone's opinion positive or negitive on getting the stripes.

its your choice.. who cares if someones says your car is fake or whatever.. but my opinion is that they would look good.. black ones right?

i hate when people misbadge their cars.....but you got the full bodykit, and already have the "cool" windshield banner, so go nuts.

I would say go for it. I love the way 94-98 mustangs look with the full Saleen package done, whether from Saleen or built by you. I am going to do the Steeda sidewiders on mine, but mine is not a true Steeda. I'm building my own!
